I took the OLEC 3 course, which gave the the basic but essential knowledge that allows me to work on the rail infrastructure under supervision.

I have been working with Pod-Trak for over two years now, of which I have enjoyed every minute of. Pod-Trak employed me as an 18-year-old who had no experience of the railway and nurtured me into the employee I am now – which I respect them for.

I enjoy the faith they show in me by giving me the responsibility to go learn and lead enabling me to have a successful career helping both myself and the company.

Pod-Trak gave me the opportunity to undertake a rail industry-based apprenticeship. This gave me the key knowledge and skill set to allow me to work on the rail infrastructure safely and efficiently.

I am currently a OLEC 3. In the future, I would like to obtain more skills to allow me to progress within the industry and Pod-Trak. 

Pod-Trak has employed me for over two years now. The company has helped expand my skill and mindset and confidence, working with me to lay foundations for a good future and career for me.
