Pod-Trak Health & Safety management system is UKAS accredited to ISO 45001:2018 standard certification.

We believe that all injuries are preventable and our vision is to foster a work environment where everyone feels and demonstrates responsibility for their own health & safety behaviour and that of others.

Our culture empowers our teams across all levels of the business to place their safety, and that of their colleagues, at the forefront of all priorities. This systematic approach helps control risk, reduce costs and improves our reputation, by demonstrating fewer days lost to injury. Pod-Trak also believes that long term occupational health issues are preventable. Through improved awareness, education, risk control and surveillance we can all enjoy good health in the workplace and at home.

Our experienced, professional and well-equipped work force use our Integrated Management System (IMS), which ensures that all work carried out is done so in a planned, methodical, efficient and transparent way.

We have a comprehensive quality assurance programme driven from the top down, ensuring we follow precise standards and methodologies to deliver our work. This is crucial and quality monitoring is an integral part of our management system.

Environment

Pod-Trak’s Environmental management system is UKAS accredited to ISO 14001:2015.

Pod-Trak takes a considered and structured approach to managing its environmental impacts as part of our HSQES strategy. We have a strong commitment to the prevention of pollution, adhering to all environmental legislation. We are committed to continuous improvements to achieve progress in environmental performance.

Our Environmental Policy sets out our approach to achieving our environmental objectives. Through clearly defined procedures, training and communications, we make sure that our environmental objectives are embedded within our company culture and business plans.

Sustainability

In everything we do, we work sustainably to ensure we reduce our impact on the environment we work in and around as much as possible.

We encourage our team to develop new sustainable practices which will further reduce any carbon footprint created from the work that we do and work with our clients and supply chain to achieve this.

Throughout every stage, sustainable practices are embedded in our way of working, so they are embedded within our values and implemented as a way of working.

Compliance and certification

Pod-Trak has an Integrated Management System (IMS) to provide a framework to manage Health and Safety, Environmental issues, Quality and Sustainability in the business. This system is fully compliant with, and certified to, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 standards.
