This is why our first responsibility has always been to ensure the welfare of our entire team, supply chain partners and everyone who comes into contact with our work.

As well as our in-house practices and regular training to ensure our colleagues’ physical and mental wellbeing, we also maintain a robust and full integrated management system tailored to the exact needs of the railway engineering and construction environment, ensuring compliance within the current legislation.

Among our accreditations includes:

• BS OHSAS 18001 – Occupational Health and Safety Management – which is an international standard for occupational health and safety. It is evidence that we have the best safe working conditions across the organisation, able to identify hazards and put in place controls to manage them.
• Acclaim Accreditation – The health and safety accreditation provided by Supplier Assessment Service which reassures clients that we’ve met stage one health and safety requirements.

We treat all our people as family, which is why we are always looking at best practice and the correct tools and training in place to ensure everyone arrives home safely every day.
