The Pod-Trak PALS Summer Roadshow 2025 has successfully concluded after several weeks of site visits, workshops and interactive sessions held across the UK and Ireland.
Centred around the theme of “Focus – attention to the task in hand,” the roadshow brought together teams from every division to reinforce key safety, behavioural and leadership principles that underpin how Pod-Trak operates.
Days 1 & 2 – Manchester and Birmingham
The first sessions took place in Manchester and Birmingham, engaging both site-based and office staff in open discussions on safety culture, teamwork and the importance of maintaining focus in daily operations.
David Lowes, HSQES Director, said:
“The roadshows give us a great opportunity to meet face-to-face with our people. It’s about reinforcing positive behaviours and keeping safety and quality at the heart of what we do.”
UK Rail & Civils Sessions – South East and Uxbridge
The roadshow then moved to Bristol, several South East project sites, and finally Head Office in Uxbridge. Led by the HSQES team, the sessions featured business updates from Stephen Given, Adam Stanbury, Phil Doyle and Chris Wright, focusing on communication, leadership and collaboration across Rail Systems and Civils.
“It’s been a very rewarding few days,” added David Lowes. “Engaging directly with our teams helps strengthen our shared culture and commitment to safe, high-quality delivery.”
Final Stops – Networks & Ireland
The final leg of the roadshow visited Pod-Trak’s Networks Division in Sussex and Kent, before heading to Ireland for sessions with our Rail and Civil Engineering teams. The events provided an opportunity to share company updates, celebrate achievements, and thank teams for their ongoing contribution to Pod-Trak’s success.

The PALS Summer Roadshow 2025 once again demonstrated Pod-Trak’s commitment to continuous improvement, teamwork and safety excellence. Planning is already underway for the next PALS event, scheduled for January 2026.
