20 December 2024, Now in its fourth year, the Pod-Trak Christmas Toy Appeal continues to make a meaningful difference for children and families across Liverpool, Manchester and London.
Launched in 2020, the initiative has raised over £18,000 to date, helping hundreds of children who might otherwise wake up to nothing on Christmas morning. Every donation – whether toys or funds – goes directly towards purchasing gifts and vouchers for children of all ages.
Pod-Trak works in partnership with The Hive Youth Zone (Wirral), Manchester Youth Zone, and Halo Children’s Foundation, who distribute the presents to those most in need.
Stephen Given, Managing Director, who established the appeal, said:
“Every penny donated goes directly to bringing joy to a child at Christmas. It’s humbling to see the generosity from our staff, supply chain and friends year after year.”
