Phil has extensive experience in commercial management across building, civils, rail, light rail and energy. He has structured and developed the commercial function to support business growth and is responsible for group wide delivery performance, ensuring value for clients and partners.
With over 20 years’ experience in rail systems and electrification, Adam leads the drive for technical excellence and continuous improvement. He focuses on people development, operational safety, and quality, ensuring the successful delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
Chris is an accomplished Civil Engineering leader with over 30 years’ experience driving operational excellence, business improvement and team development across major UK infrastructure projects through collaborative, safety-focused leadership.
