Pod-Trak Releases November 2025 Newsletter Showcasing Growth, Innovation and People Across the Group
We are pleased to announce the release of our November 2025 Newsletter, bringing together updates, achievements and major developments from across the Pod-Trak Group. The newsletter captures a period of significant progress as we continue to strengthen our capability, invest in our people and expand our presence across the UK, Ireland and Europe.
This edition highlights the momentum across all areas of the business – from ongoing rail and civils delivery to major infrastructure projects within the energy, data centre and telecoms sectors. It also reflects our continued commitment to safety, sustainability and innovation as we position ourselves for the next phase of growth.
Key Highlights Inside the November Edition
Rail Systems and Civil Engineering
We look back at a series of successful project completions across the UK, including Beaulieu Park Station, the Goole Train Manufacturing Facility, Horley Underpass, Pomona Viaduct and the Camphill Line Stations. These projects demonstrate our multi-discipline strength and ability to deliver complex works safely and efficiently.
Plant & Fleet Investment
The Plant division continues to expand at pace, with new low-carbon equipment, hybrid and EV readiness plans, operator training and the introduction of the upgraded Tesmec wiring system. This investment supports project delivery and enhances sustainability across our operations.
Networks
This year has seen continued success in our Networks division, including the completion of the East Anglia Fibre Build and significant progress across new BDUK frameworks in Kent and East Sussex. The team also continues to explore opportunities in alternative networks, utilities and data centre connectivity.
Infrastructure – Ireland & Europe
Our Infrastructure business has delivered a number of high-value data centre schemes in Ireland and Sweden, while also progressing major rail and civils works for Alstom, TII and Irish Rail. This includes the CACR Civils & Cabling programme, the Drogheda BEMU initiative and ongoing LUAS parafil replacements.
Energy Solutions – Launch of PTES
One of the biggest milestones this year has been the launch of Pod-Trak Energy Services (PTES), our new division dedicated to power, renewables and multi-utility infrastructure. With the team already supporting grid-scale BESS developers and data centre operators, PTES is set to play a pivotal role in the UK’s transition to low-carbon energy.
SHEQ & Culture
The newsletter includes reflections from our SHEQ team on performance highlights, the success of the PALS cultural roadshow, winter readiness, inclusivity initiatives and continued investment in PPE and wellbeing. Our safety performance remains upper quartile across UK industry benchmarks.
IT and Business Systems
We introduce new leadership in IT and Business Integration, alongside ongoing investment in digital systems, meeting technology, cybersecurity and the Pod-Trak Integration & Growth Framework – a Group-wide model for alignment and long-term success.
HR & People
We welcome our 2025 apprentices, celebrate long-service milestones and outline our continued focus on recruitment, benefits benchmarking and career development. Community initiatives, including volunteering days and charity fundraising, also feature strongly.
