About the Role
Pod-Trak is seeking an experienced Electrical and Communications Project Manager to deliver complex electrical and telecoms projects across the Dublin region. The role requires strong leadership, technical coordination, and commercial control to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to client specifications.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the delivery of electrical, telecoms, and multi-utility projects from design to completion
• Manage project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Oversee installation works, ensuring compliance with technical standards and regulations
• Develop programmes, budgets, and risk assessments
• Ensure full adherence to health, safety, quality, and environmental requirements
• Liaise with clients, design engineers, and third parties to resolve issues
• Prepare reports, forecasts, and commercial documentation
Requirements
• Experience managing electrical or telecoms infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of LV/MV systems, ducting, and comms installations
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proven ability to deliver multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Full driving licence and flexibility to travel
Desirable
• Background in utilities or renewable energy projects
• Electrical qualification or project management certification
