About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Civils-biased Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary projects across transport, utilities, and infrastructure sectors in Dublin. The successful candidate will take full ownership of delivery performance, driving efficiency, safety, and quality while fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage civil engineering and infrastructure projects through all phases of delivery
• Oversee project teams, budgets, and schedules to achieve key milestones
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
• Liaise with design, procurement, and site teams to resolve technical issues
• Control costs, manage variations, and support accurate financial forecasting
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
• Promote innovation, collaboration, and a positive safety culture

Requirements

• Previous experience delivering civil or infrastructure projects within Ireland
• Strong commercial and contractual understanding
• Excellent organisational and leadership capabilities
• Proficient in project planning and reporting tools
• Full driving licence and flexibility to travel

Desirable

• Experience within power, rail, or telecoms infrastructure sectors
• Formal project management or engineering qualification
