About the Role

Pod-Trak is seeking an experienced Civils-biased Project Manager to deliver major civil and multi-disciplinary infrastructure works across Ireland. You’ll take ownership of safety, programme, and commercial performance, ensuring high-quality delivery in collaboration with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of civil and infrastructure projects from inception to completion
• Oversee site activities, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Develop and manage project programmes, budgets, and risk registers
• Coordinate design, procurement, and construction teams to achieve delivery milestones
• Manage client and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Control project costs, monitor variations, and report commercial performance
• Lead progress meetings and ensure accurate documentation and reporting
• Promote continuous improvement and teamwork across project teams

Requirements

• Proven experience managing civil engineering or utilities projects
• Strong technical knowledge of construction methodologies and delivery standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Experience with NEC or similar contract forms
• Full driving licence and flexibility to travel across Ireland

Desirable

• Background in rail, power, or multi-utility environments
• Experience managing subcontractors and multi-disciplinary teams
• Project Management qualification (PMI, APM, or equivalent)
