Paul founded Pod-Trak ltd in 2007 after spending 6 years working throughout the UK & Ireland working on various Rail and Infrastructure projects. Starting out as a small sub-contractor, Paul has grown the business in both size and capability to deliver a first class service to its growing client’s base. Paul has managed and overseen the implementation of main contractor capabilities within a growing organization which now has the expertise and skills to deliver both large and small projects to the same high standards.
Hugh was appointed Commercial Director in February 2014. He is responsible for the commercial welfare of Pod-Trak and the contracts the company carries out. His remit also includes managing the business development, tendering, accounts and surveying departments.
Hugh has over 20 years of experience working in the construction industry in both civil engineering and in building. He graduated from Sligo RTC with a Diploma in Construction Economics and furthered his education at the University of Westminster with an Honours Degree in Quantity Surveying. Having started his career as a Contractor’s Quantity Surveyor Hugh has remained in the contracting domain.
Operations Director - North
Stephen joined the Company in 2010 as a Contracts Manager to head up operations in the North when we opened a new depot in Manchester. Coming from a Commercial background he was able to assist the MD with the development of the Company in the early days and lay the foundations for growth in the following years. Stephen has worked closely with key people in the Company to successfully develop the Overhead Line and On Track Plant side of the business which now play a key role in what we do. As Operations Director Stephen is responsible for guiding and continually improving the Company as it grows into new markets while remaining the contractor of choice for our clients. He graduated from Dublin Institute of Technology in 2004 with an Honours Degree in Construction Economics & Management.
Head of HSQE
Clodagh joined Pod-Trak in 2014 as the lead for Health, Safety, quality and Environmental matters. Clodagh has over 15 years’ experience in construction Health and Safety. Previously she was an associate Director at Deloitte LLP responsible for HSE operational systems for client Asset Property Management, and represented Deloitte LLP on the Safety advisory committee to RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors). Prior to that she worked as a Health and Safety Advisor for the Mc Gee Group.
At Pod-Trak Clodagh is responsible for further developing safety and compliance capability whilst ensuring the provision of a professional health and safety advisory service, including operational safety, quality and environmental management.
